What is the deadline for entries?
The deadline for entries is Monday 10 August 2026
The shortlist will be announced in the second half of August 2025. You will be contacted by a member of the Pro Landscaper team if you have been shortlisted. Everyone that enters the awards will be added to our mailing list to receive updates about the event. If you would prefer not to be added to this list, please make us aware.
Who is on the judging panel?
The judging panel will be made up of a mixture of industry professionals and experts within sustainability. If there is a conflict of interest in a category, they will not take part. We will be extremely confidential with the information you submit. > See the judges <
Will there be site visits to back up my application?
No. There is no need for the judges to visit past projects as evidence.
How will I know if I've been shortlisted?

How many ENTRIES will be shortlisted?
Our shortlist will be made up of companies and projects that we genuinely feel are deserved of winning and not just to make up numbers. This means there will be a minimum of 2 shortlisted per category and a maximum of 8.
When is the event?
The Pro Landscaper Sustainability & Biodiversity Awards 2026 will take place on Tuesday 13 October 2026 at FutureScape, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Cnetre, ShowCentre, Etps Road, GU14 6FD
Can I attend the ceremony even if I don't make the shortlist?
